Redmi Note 9 Pro Max has been one of the best selling phones from Xiaomi this year. The company has sold tens of thousands of units of the device already through e-commerce portals and its own website.
And now the company has made the phone even more enticing a proposition by selling it at a special discount during Amazon’s ongoing Great Indian Festival: Happiness Upgrade Days sale.
During the sale, the Redmi phone will be available on its platform at a starting price of Rs 15,999 for the 6GB+64GB variant, while the upper-end model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is available at Rs 18,499. The two variants can be bought in three colours — Aurora Blue, Glacial White and Interstellar Black Redmi Note 9 Pro Max.
However, what’s interesting is that the phone can be bought for an even more affordable a price, as Amazon is running a promotional offer on the phone, under which users buying the phone via an Axis, Citi or an ICICI Bank Credit card will get an additional Rs 3,000 off on the price of the device, thereby effectively bringing down the price of the phone down to Rs 12,999, for the entry-level variant and Rs 15,499 for the higher end one.
Talking about the phone, the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max is one of the most powerful phones that you can buy right now in the segment. On the outside, the phone gets the company’s Aura Balance design philosophy. There’s a massive 6.67-inch display that can churn up to Full HD+ resolutions (2400×1080). The panel used here is IPS in technology and boasts of 20:9 aspect ratio and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The Pro Max variant also comes a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G ticking at the core which gets 8 Kyro 430 cores for handling both performance heavy and general tasks. This 8nm fabricated chipset also houses an Adreno 618 GPU for improved performance in games.
